IF YOU ARE SUFFERING LOWER BACK ISSUES, YOU MAY WISH TO HAVE A LOOK AT THE EXERCISES AND VIDEO BELOW. Many lower back, “sciatica” symptoms actually relate to a tight piriformis muscle in the buttocks. The video will show you how to release this muscle.

I highly recommend Tracy Holloway Tracy has many resources on her website designed to uplift you and allow you to let go of issues that no longer serve you. She has also just announced a free daily on-line 6-part healing hands series starting on Thursday, 21st May at 11 a.m., entitled “Awaken Your Hands of Grace”, to set you off on a self-healing journey.
