In my treatments, I use a combination of traditional and deep-tissue techniques (similar to sports massage), myofascial release and stretches (Muscle Energy Technique) which together are highly successful in achieving pain relief and increased mobility. With my extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology I am able to target areas which are often the cause of deep-seated and long-standing pain. It is always deeply rewarding when my clients report their pain or stiffness has been taken away. This is what gives me a passion for my work!
As clients feel more physically relaxed, they are able to relax on a mental and emotional level as well, and thus often report an improvement in their general level of wellbeing.
Whilst the client undresses to underwear level, she is covered at all times and only the area being worked on is revealed. I am very careful to ensure that modesty is preserved at all times.
